There are many ways to uninstall a user installed app:Thanks for your reply. It wasn't a Tiktok app though, I don't do anything with TikTok. It is most likely is a malware version of vanced spread through this thread, that I now can not remove. Of course I've made some stupid decision somewhere, but does anyone know how to remove possible malware? Or how to find the location of this app?
Settings, Apps, Manage Apps, find the app you want to uninstall (*) and press Uninstall
Long press to the home screen icon for a given app must also show App Details, press and you will be ported directly to the place (*) as above
Unless that malware prevents you from uninstalling. Then google to find some package manager, use it to find your malware app, that package mngr can show you where in /data/app folder the given app is installed, then use a root explorer (like MiXPlorer) to delete its folder there
