I am not running A12, but what you describe sounds like you are running the non-root version and its redirecting you to install google YT. Which the root version would appear as, if it were installed.
i have the same problem in my vivo x70 pro plus origin OS i tried many time reinstall it still not connected to theInternet.. but in my other phone lg v30 it'sworking fine..
Yea I'm running the non root version. I never had a problem at all until now. Should I try using the root version then??
Imo that is not the objective.
Or you can disable yt via adb
Thanks tips but I've disabled YouTube already. I've been using this for a couple years now and this is the first issue I've ever had with it. It started just recently and only on A12
This is EXACTLY how I would like to see it executed. Just include the plugin coded into the app as a settings panel (like how they included the SponsorBlock plugin) and see that many people will turn the feature on.
only a few posts above yours.
So since it's pixel 6, I'm guessing you had stock YouTube prebuilt as well (because Google).
No, it's not official as we never released that build to the public. Some users from our beta testing leaked that build months ago and it started appearing in unofficial/pirated channels claiming it is official/made by them which many users do. They steal our apks and release them as their own.
Edited the op and included all the important links including installation guides, troubleshooting, bug report guide, logcat guide and FAQ. Users here are requested to check all of them before repeating the same problem on this forum.
Google for and download/install (Github) Fox Magisk Module Manager (Fox Mmm root app you will use for downloading/installing modules instead of the Modules on-line support that is removed from the new Magisk)
