Can someone confirm that in fact this mod is broke on lollipop due to ART? Sadly I need this mod more than I do lollipop. I wish I knew how to make the edits.

well, I don't know if I want to upgrade to lollipop just yet... or it would be easier to work with. Can u pull the samsungcamera apk from system/apps and send it to me, I'll "try" to take a look

Any chance for a build which doesn't have "Smooth Motion" forced as default always? For me it's kind of frustrating that if I want to shoot in 1440p/2160p I need to first select "Normal". I also prefer "Video Stabilization" over "Smooth Motion". I do realize many of you like the 60 fps feature, but I care more about stabilization. I truly love all the other mods (especially the 100% .JPG tweak) and I would be extremely happy if you could build a flash-able .zip without the smooth thingy.

So, lets say for the sake of argument that I did not note that this is not really compatible with Lollipop. Does anyone have a copy of the original SamsungCamera3.apk file and media_profiles.xml for Lollipop?

Well, I have stock rooted Lollipo 5.0.1 on the Exynos version (n910c)... If you need something, just tell me where to pull the files from and I'll upload them to Dropbox.

Hey Kevin, can you give me a list of the files that you modified? I would like to update to lollipop but holding back because I need this mod and I'm willing to make the changes myself. I see many of the edits you made but can't seem to get it to work properly.

Use the search feature. If you can't find it, go to the zip file from your ROM you're using and open it up and browse to system/app/ and go down to the camera app and extract it then just as you installed the mod go ahead and install that.
