At 787, I'm stable. Can unplug without issue. Can configure, reconfigure on battery, no issues yet. Wake from standby gives unexpected error, like previously posted. Guess it's conflicting with whatever is forcing CPU Speed to default?

Some animations (weather tab) are still clunky due to incoming text & weater update. But overall, speed is improved.

Btw: On TP2 running Vin's latest Plutonium + Cookie build.

Nice job! Thanks for the work on this!

I know everyone loves the overclocking, but does underclocking and putting phone to sleep/out of sleep cause it to SoD and/or go back up to the default clock speed?

Tested it on my Topaz aka Touch Diamond 2.
Works, with the same issues mentioned before.
Could go up to 710MHz, then the Topaz got instable and hung.

To be honest, I didn't see any big difference in daily use. It might help when watching movies or playing games, but it didn't make my HTC Sense or any other standard application feelable faster.

I gotta say...

@NetRipper Work like this is like a F*&%IN' lifesaver for my Rhodium, 'cause word is bond, I'm not purchasing another device until specs are DAMNED-CLOSE to what I've stated that I'm looking forward to, mentioned here Can't wait 'til you can get this operating flawlessly w/o AC.

Works perfectly on my [email protected] ROM. I launched it without AC power and it doesn`t back to stock clocks. Even when maxed, it works :D but when tryin slide manila home tab for shortcuts and back, it freez. Looking for best OC stable.

When switched screen off, it`s not waking up on extreem OC :D

Doing some tests on my Touch Pro at the moment.
This is has to be the greatest thing since months!
We need to develope this to gain performance from our aging devices.

Anyway this is going a very very good way. Anychance you add another increment of 20Mhz ? I wanna see if I can hit 800 Mhz eheheh :p
I'll set the limit a little bit higher next time. Theoretically we could clock up to 1.1 ghz but not any cpu will go that far. :)

When do we overclock the GPU ? :) The memory ? :)
Well, I won't. I think there were already efforts in doing this, or maybe that was for the GPU in the snapdragon processor. Not sure.

I know everyone loves the overclocking, but does underclocking and putting phone to sleep/out of sleep cause it to SoD and/or go back up to the default clock speed?
I tried underclocking myself to about 100MHz and then disconnect usb, but still had lockup. The MSM dll itself probably first sets the speed back to 1ghz before deciding to cutting the speed in half (divider) for 528MHz :)
