stupid questions are asked here all the time so here's mine... Will this work on a stock mytouch 4g? I'm only asking cuz my wife has that phone and I have the sensation. it works on mine but not hers. I am wondering if its because I'm on a Gingerbread rom and she's still on froyo rom.. and I'm not sure she would let me hack her phone...

Not a stupid question. So far only custom ROMs have been able to run Netflix on their MT4G. I have not heard anything about the new V1.3.

Could you test it our and report back?

I have been testing out the V1.3 and works great on my stock sensation... faster loading and faster start up. i think picture quality is better also.

The rotation version of the application won't install I think it's because of the ROM I have on my HD2, but the new stock version does, now I don't have to worry about the lame nag "would you like to check for a new version?" XD it still worked though despite that nag.

You, as well as I, must uninstall the old app before instilling the modded app. Since they are signed with different keys.

The stock update will overwrite the previous stock version. But on my HD2 the mod would not overwrite the mod and the stock would not overwrite the mod and the mod would not overwrite the stock... confused? Uninstall first

Also, what ROM do you have?

Thanks for the information I will uninstall the Netflix application and just install the modded one and see how that goes and I'm using Lady Boo's MIUI ROM (old version but it's gingerbread)

lol no problem. I had no intention of making a Black one. But, I was asked to, and it seems to be pretty popular.

Thank you very much for sharing your work! I am using the black version on my G2 running Cyanogenmod 7.1 Nightly 144. It's working exactly as the stock version plus the rotation. The icon looks great.

I can tell you're new to forums, so I'll explain this.

The first person to post in a thread(the so called Original Poster), is generally considered the thread owner. They even get a little "| OP |" next to their forum title to indicate as much. Just because you post the most in a thread does not give you squatters rights. This thread is directly about dblstfr's netflix app releases, so your post about yours would be considered marginally off topic, but even if on topic, unwelcome. I will gladly come back to 'your thread' and follow each of your release messages up with an outline of why your release does nothing special, but now that you've had your signature amended, I decided to let you just flood the other threads without being called out(as they no longer concern me).
