edit : Just sent a mail to a Russian friend , hope he'll be able to extract the apk

Sorry but I get from yandex store, 23 other languages is not fake.

Could you just do a favor and extract the APK file of v2.21 for us?
1. Install Airdroid https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sand.airdroid
2. Go to http://web.airdroid.com/ and follow instruction
3. On Airdroid web interface, click on Apps
4. Select Yandex.Shell and click Download icon/button
5. Upload the APK file to mediafire and post the link here

I successfully installed v2.21 on my phone...
For install latest yandex shell 2.21 follow these instructions...
1. Open http://m.store.yandex.com/ in your mobile browser
2. Download and install yandex store apk
3. Open yandex store app
4. Make new yandex account
4. Download latest yandex shell and install
5.enjoy

The problem is: In Yandex.Store, we cannot search for "Yandex.Shell" in non-supported countries.

I'm from India mate and there is no need for search bcs yandex shell is showing on yandex store's main page in featured apps on the yandex shell app..just scroll down on featured page and I alsioinstalled yandex shell just 5min ago from there...
Edit.I just used search function in yandex store app...just click on search button on top right corner in the app and write yandex shell (in english)...install

For me at first I can't see yandex shell at yandex store. So I download yandex shell 2.20

then I can see yandex shell at yandex store. So I do update to 2.21.

Official v2.21

Figured out how to get the official localized Yandex.Shell v2.21:

(You may want to backup Yandex.Shell data first, otherwise you home arrangment will be lost)

1. Install official Yandex.Shell v2.20 here http://m.soft.yandex.ru/download/shell/yandexshell-android.apk
2. Install official Yandex.Store by visiting http://m.store.yandex.com/ on your device
3. Launch Yandex.Store, signin or create Yandex account
4. In Yandex.Store, click Menu/My apps
5. Switch to INSTALLED tab, you should see Yandex.Shell there, tap on Yandex.Shell icon/name to open Yandex.Shell detail page
6. Now tap on Delete to uninstall v2.20 of Yandex.Shell. Don't worry!
7. After uninstalled, you should be returned back to Yandex.Shell detail page in Yandex.Store. Now click on the green Free button to install the latest official v2.21 of Yandex.Shell with muti-languages localization!!!

I believe the Google Play version will be soon updated to v2.21 too.

Even i am from India but after installing yandex store & after creating an account i can't find yandex shell (i have Note 2 running stock JB 4.1.2) ,on searching it says "unfortunately,there are no results for your search"....!!!

The funny part is when i tap on "my apps" option it ia showing me only 2 apps none of which is yandex shell !!!

checked this morning and I've found nothing about shell or Yandex shell in yandex store

You have to install the official v2.20 http://m.soft.yandex.ru/download/shell/yandexshell-android.apk to see it in Yandex.Store. I guess because of package signature.

Dear bro , the problem is not just your signed apk , on typing "yandex shell" in search option shows nothing ... It says "unfortunately,there are no results for your search"....!!! Now this is the point of concern...
