Ok, so it seems that your rom isn't deodexed, go into system/app and delete SamsungCamera.odex
I've got the same problem, after deleting that file reboot into recovery clear cache, and dalvik cache, and then reboot, it will work flawless

After wipe dalvik and cache, phone is still on logo "cyanogenmod"

This is only for Samsung roms, not cyanogenmod...

Guys, don't you understand???
This Camera is only for Samsung TW ROMs!! Not CM10/CM11/CM12 !!
You will need to reflash your CM Rom

I reverted back to stock 4.3 and no longer works, may be cause it's not deodexed?

You should manually deodex the files involved!


Just tried. You should just delete SamsungCamera.odex before flashing.
