The author of TaiChi claims that it works under A11, but I'm on A10 and can't confirm that. Works fine for me on A10, however.

It consists of an app and a Magisk module. The latest versions are here, and they are working for me:
https://taichi.cool/download.html

There's also an XDA thread about TaiChi:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/using-xposed-modules-root-unlock-t3909955

As I have mentioned, I'm using this latest v10.0.1 GravityBox under TaiChi.
.
Thanks I'll give it a try

Hi,

What version of taichi do you have please? And which version of compatibility engine?

I have an engine in version 4610, and it tells me that version 10.0.1 of GravityBox is incompatible (10.0.0-beta6 and not beyond).

The version of the TaiChi module and app are the ones which are listed as "latest" in the first link of mine that you quoted. Those are working for me with GravityBox v10.0.1 on Android 10: OnePlus 7Pro (GM1917) OOS 10.3.5, Magisk 20.4 and MagiskManager 802 (307).

To all this is not the thaichi or Magisk thread. Whole this started related to gravity box, now it's not anymore.

To solve your boot loop you will probably need to figure your Magisk module. Search the Madison thread on how to do this.

Please keep this thread related gravity box, thank you :)

TaiChi is tangentially related to GravityBox, since it's an alternate environment in which GravityBox can run (as opposed to Xposed and EdXposed). Therefore, some discussion about getting GravityBox to run under TaiChi is appropriate here, IMO.

However, I agree that anything more detailed about TaiChi should go into the TaiChi thread that I mentioned above:

Is trusted WiFi not 100% reliable for anyone else? It occasionally doesn't unlock the phone when I connect to the network, and then occasionally keeps it unlocked when I leave.

I can get it to happen consistently if the network switches from "connected with Internet access" to "connected with no Internet access" before disconnecting completely. When this happens, my phone remains unlocked due to Smart Lock.

I am assuming the reverse causes it to not unlock when joining a trusted network.

Also, choosing opening the Trusted WiFi menu causes it to forget any trusted network that is not nearby. As a result, you can't easily set networks from multiple locations as trusted. I have been working around this by running hotspots as the other networks' names, and then setting them all as trusted at once.

I am running a Pixel 4 XL with the latest security patch available on Android 10. This also occurs on my Pixel 2 XL.
I'm having the same issue on my OP5T running Android 10. I also cann not get the Trusted Networks page to populate with wi-fi address any longer.

Did you make sure you're location service is turned on? This fixed it for me. I believe it has something to do with how Android 10 needs permission and access to the location to be able to fetch wifi names.

MOD ACTION!

Guys, thread has been cleaned of OFF-TOPIC posts, but not only the ones that started it, but also the ones that replied to it.
As you could see for yourselves, this is never going anywhere and leads to hostility and the strong need of "anger-management" therapy ;)
And despite that, the cluttering is not gonna help other members trying to find tangible information.
@shisaya24
I have originally replied to another member, so I was confused why you quoted me and addressed me as the developer?
Even though you seem to have had the same question regarding A11 development, my reply was straightforward and would have led you to the information you were looking for.
The post that has been linked for you from another member is actually 100% clear on what is happening and what is going to happen with this app.
You gotta read more carefully, before starting an off-topic discussion. If you have any further questions, hit me up with a PM :highfive:

To all the others, please do not respond to this kind of discussions. Use the available functions.
Now let's get back on topic, shall we? Exciting times ahead

Same thing for me, I've had to turn seconds on, occasionally you'll see it blink as the day/date vanishes and reappears, it never did it on Android 8.1.

I've found the expand all notifications to be really unstable to the point of stopping the phone from booting since Samsung Touchwiz nougat I think.. It was always a bit hit and miss so I leave it alone.
Came here with this same issue, have to keep seconds on to see the clock. Really hoping for a fix to this issue.

Is it possible in gravitybox to move pop-up notifications on the bottom screen? Not a bar just for new pop-ups. I had this condition for a while but I think it was a bug because it has already disappeared and I can't go back to it again.

There were new security related measures since Android 10 regarding reading available wifi networks. I can no longer read all of them. I can read only those that are active (nearby) and only when location services are enabled. and GravityBox has location permission granted. So far didn't find a way to work around it. Regarding reliability hard to tell. The logic is built around observing connectivity changes where algorithm checks whether one of the trusted wifis is connected or not at given point of time. But there is also a principal at OS level (trust manager) that controls whether trust providers are currently allowed to unlock or not (e.g. when your device is idle for a longer time, trust providers get temporarily disabled automatically). Problem with unlock while disconnected from trusted wifi is strange. It can only happen in case algorithm did not receive event about connectivity change.

GB is continuously flooding the logs with the attached,
Pixel 3a on 5th August patch of A10.
(Ignore the "device model :4a", that's just set by magisk hide props config to get around safety net).
This is a normal consequence in case EdXposed is running in Applist mode. Module is completely loaded within each process that starts and thus it always outputs initial system information during such load.
