I'm on .28 lp firmware and i'm stuck in installing. please wait... line. 2 Days ago it worked with the same setup (had to flash firmware).
Only thing i did different to last time i tried to install the recovery with pc but that didn't work.

Not sure what have you done but you can use flashtool to repair it. Flash the firmware you were using and it will be ok (but you will loose your data)
