i'm on windows vista 32 bit with service pack 1 installed.Just a couple of question for Chris Cross, who success in using this program.

Yeah, you can switch SD Cards. It tweaks the system not the cards.iv installed sd tune up , am i correct in thinking that i just install this the once no matter how sd cards i use ?
I did what u explain but still no go for me. Damnit!i'm on windows vista 32 bit with service pack 1 installed.
i downloaded the HD encoder and nero.
i then downloaded avisynth.
i made a new folder called New GUI
extracted the HD encoder to this folder which created an exe file and a tools folder
extracted nero to the New GUI folder which made a linux and win32 folder
copied neroaacenc from win32 to tools
ran avisynth, restarted
ran encoder and it worked.
i then uninstalled handbrake, super and replay converter
it stopped working
i reinstalled replay converter (free download) which installs a lot of codecs and the HD encoder worked again.
that's everything i did, no uninstalling of any codec packs of which i have quite a few (i watch a lot of anime)
hope this helps
It might be an issue with the x64 OS you run.I did what u explain but still no go for me. Damnit!
I have only Divx Codec Bundle on my pc before and i uninstall it then restart.
Install CCCodec Pack then restart.
I copy NeroAacEnc.exe from folder "win32" to folder "tools".
Then i install Avisynth which again, restart.
Open up encoder and try to convert and it still got problem ask me for the right codec. T_T
The only thing i didnt do is clean up registry bcuz one obvious reason is i dont wanna mess with it.
Sigh, *shouting* is there any Vista Ultimate 64bit user here!?It might be an issue with the x64 OS you run.

You need to have all codecs uninstalled (to avoid conflicts), restart, install CCCP (other codec packs may work but both projection and myself are using CCCP without problems), install avisynth, install nero aac (follow the instructions as per puttin the file in tools folder), restart, and you should be ok.Thats not problem of vista 64bit. My 32bit xp has same problem.

I will doublecheck, perhaps I need to adjust the avisynth settings for mpg and/or VOB files.I have some notices to the author of the program. Unfortunately it didn't worked for me when I'm trying to encode MPG and VOB files for example. It jumps immediately to phase 3/3 and gives me the following error (maybe because of empty video file):
That is odd. You shouldn't...Also, on some files, I'm getting audio desync, even when the input file is a normal one like all other ones I'm encoding without problems (xdiv + mp3 in avi containter).
According to this statement and Poceh, who also has K-lite codec pack installed, that means the chance of the codec u have previously and the CCCodec will get messed up is quite low.that's everything i did, no uninstalling of any codec packs of which i have quite a few (i watch a lot of anime)
Nope no good. Ive even installed a fresh Vista 64 on a spare hard drive and tried it. Still no go.You need to have all codecs uninstalled (to avoid conflicts), restart, install CCCP (other codec packs may work but both projection and myself are using CCCP without problems), install avisynth, install nero aac (follow the instructions as per puttin the file in tools folder), restart, and you should be ok.
I think I found why it's happening the audio desync. When trying to cut a video sample from the video clip, I got the following notice in virtualDub during the opening of file:That is odd. You shouldn't...
Please upload a short sample where you get audio desync.
I mean the source file, not the converted file.
