App Request- Call Blocker for Lumia 800

Guys,

I need a call blocking app(something like iblack list for IOS and Root call blocker for android) for the Lumia 800. Surprisingly no call blocking apps exists for WP. Im willing to pay for this app( A reasonable amount obviously) so if anyone could develop this would be a huge help.

there's one for Samsung Omnia W.
If you could get interop then it should install and run.

It's impossible due to the limitations of the OS. There are no API's to do calls or to block them. On an unlocked device (INTEROP-UNLOCK) everything is possible though
