App Request - Please Dev's look

Hello Dev's all around the world.

The gear 1 with tizen os in combination with a s4 needs a quick settings app like the instant settings from samsungs gear manager store which is not available for s4 users without root and editing the build.prop.
Please can some one of you make a little app like the instant settings?
Following things are welcome:

- on/off wifi
- on/off mobile data
- on/of silent mode of the smartphone
- on/off location (gps)

Please guys, it where great when you can make this true!

I've helped myself and get the app "instant settings" to work with my s4 & gear 1 tizen.
