Working fine in I9300 wanamlite TW siyah kernel!

By the way.. is there a way to set the flashlight max limit of the whole device to a lower level?
I am having problems in every AOSP rom (my phone shutts off when taking a picture with flash) but the torch works fine. So if there is a way to lower the whole system torch/flash to a lower brightness maybe that helps me to use the camera without any problem.
Thanks a lot!

Is it based on APP on how long the light stays on? I'm not sure if I asked that question right.

Example; I am using CleanROM 3.5v and the freakin' flashlight only stays on if the screen is on.

Will this MOD also make the light stay on until you turn it off or does my ROM control that feature? Thanks.

Wow, how come I never knew this? This is the brightest torch app available, love it.
Yeah, a widget would be really awesome....

No, this should be done on the kernel side. However, you can turn off the flash in the camera and use this app as a workaround.

Works fine with SGS3 (GT-9300). Silder is just inverted there. Min=off, next step= full brighness ... Max=off again
Fixed as of 1.4.

Unless the ROM / kernel turns off the flash, it should stay on.

Widget added in 1.6. Full changelog should be on the Play Store.

@MohammadAG can you please add a maximum value control on the next version? Because on my ace 2 there are only 5 different brightness values and when i increase the slider to 6 or more it will repeat itself. So it will go 1 2 3 4 5 and again 1 2 3...

New fork

Hey!

First of all, shoutout to MohammadAG for making this app, thanks!
I forked it on GitHub to implement a few more stuff:
Code:
- added new sys/class pathpame (from HTC Desire HD)
- added an option to set a maximum value
- decreased Android API requirements to run on older hardware
- updated for RootTools 3.4
- bug fixes, mainly with values inversion handling and event broadcasting

@everyone: Fell free to download the compiled version below, though you will have to uninstall the original one from your device if you do (I don't have MohammadAG's keys to sign with).
@MohammadAG: I will be honered if you reverse-commit my changes back to your project ;)
