Not working on my 1+3. I do have root, btw.
Flippin read about 30 posts back from yours...... This issue has been discussed at length and reposting the same issue when a fix is sitting a page or two back is just lazy.

Did you ever find a solution?

I have a OnePlus 3 and am having the exact same problem. Did you ever find a work-around?

Thanks!

I doesn't work on my Xperia Z5 Premium with a Marshmallow CustomRom and systemless SuperSu 2.70..

It says: Superuser manager doesn't allow app to access SU or you don't have root at all. Fix this to use this SELinuxModeChanger...

I allowed SuperSU access, so what can i do? Please help!

hi everyone, is there an app or a way through a logcat, to check what apps are changing Selinux state, or what apps are trying to access to Selinux? My device boots with Permissive, then, after some time, it changes to Enforcing, so, I am forced to reboot or to use this splendid Selinux Mode Changer app to set back to Permissive.

Thank you for your time.

My google play account was banned because of selinux stuff ;/
This is what is bothering me. Will Google really ban your account just for using the Selinux app!? WTF!?!

What happened to Android allowing developers to root and test phones taking the responsibility for the security of their own phones upon themselves!? Since when do we need Big Brother to protect us on our own devices!?

Google is sounding more like Apple every year!

Try this on terminal emulator

su -c "setenforce 0"

it worked for me.

I found a solution by running this command in terminal
su -c "setenforce 0"
turned on the SELinux to Permissive permanent. I am now able to use V4A and DD+.
and it works.
How would you deactivate or undo this, out of curiosity?

No, they will only cut your access temporaryly untill you get Enforcing method.

Systemless is an xposed app that hides the system status for all system, they are working to ENFORCE this app to get ride of xposed dependency.

Does the SELinuxModeChanger work on rooted P9 Plus?

Hi all,
just before doing bad things on my new phone... can some good guy tell if this app works on Huawei P9 Plus, with Marshmallow 6.0 (VIEL09C432B161 rooted with the SuperSU build 140525)?
Thanks in advance.

Download the SeLinuxmodechanger apk from f-droid. That one worked for me on my 6p running nougat
When trying to install I get a warning that it may cost me money or be a security risk (I've never seen this before in my time with Android) then I click OK and it continues to install, then the install fails. I'm on Nougat. Nexus 6p, as well.

Can you please post link?
If it's this one https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdid=com.mrbimc.selinux my Marshmallow wouldn't allow it to be installed?
Can you drop down more of the window by selecting i believe (more) or something of that matter and select (install anyway unsafe)?
