No, every on can do this easily by the use of the provided "tools" or original BB Code.

I've seen people already directed you to whitelist t.co. Also, I've found that it is either the Adaway official hosts or Pete Lowe's list which is causing this problem with Twitter, I believe. So it's time to push the next changes that upgrades how ad-blocker works with root.
I updated the libsu and no more relies on its I/O module but only on device toolbox/toybox.

Good afternoon:

I missed commenting that it is a rooted phone, with lineageos and without any gaps (or google stuff). And most importantly I forgot to comment that Adaway uses it in root mode and App Manager with superuser permissions in Magisk.

Then you always download things from Fdroid. And also XprivacyLua where I remove permissions so to speak, or access almost better expressed. To some applications to x things.

I need to open the app, close it from my recents, and again relaunch it. After this it takes a bit of time before the gaps are removed. Is this the intended behaviour?

For that reason, for the next time, it's better to create your blocking txt file, save it to the phone and include to your hosts sources list as (local) File.
Then you would just disable your local hosts (your blocked list)

You could clear the data of vanced, and start from scratch.

Or, you could export the config to to a JSon file, which is a text file, edit the text file, clear the data and then re-import your config JSon file.
