Here is the S-Voice app extracted from S III. Nice, but no comparison to Siri :cool:

Have extracted the whole app folder which I will upload tomorrow, and other stuffs as well if i find it interesting :cool:

After installing the S Voice app, use a root explorer app to edit your build.prop to mimic that of the SGSIII.

Change...
ro.product.model=Galaxy Nexus

To...
ro.product.model=GT-I9300

Do the same with line ro.product.device

Save changes and exit app. Reboot device and enjoy.

EDIT: Its been reported that this may cause GWallet not to function!!

It said that a problem has occured trying to analyse the packge... ( i translate it from spanish) i got samsung exhibit II 4g stock rom 2.3.5

I copied it to system/app and changed the permissions to rw-r--r--. It loads and recognises your voice really well, but get force close on the response. Galaxy Note on ics

I can't get past Hi galaxy, I press the voice icon but it doesnt chime....

Working a bit on my S2, opens some apps, but seems easily confused and stops working eventually. Im wondering if there are other files it needs to work properly.

    If I have create those mirrors, it was for helping @ithehappy . I didn't wait for a lot of gratitude, but now it becomes unpleasant. Cos lot of people leech :mad:
    In fact, since I put those mirrors, there were 350 downloadings, and 6 thanks for all.:confused:

    I think that the most part of the users don't know how to say thank you by clicking on the button ' thanks ' in down on the right.

    I leave all mirrors even a while, afterwards these will be destroyed, because make these mirrors, take a lot of time, even if I make it, it's for my pleasure and to help @ithehappy.
    But it's cool, when some members click "thanks", and not leech only.

    The apps need to be deodexed to work with Custom ROMs. Otherwise they MAY be able to be used on an odexed rom.

    To see what type of rom you have, go into /system/app via Root Explorer. If there are *.odex files in there, then you MAY be able to run the apps. If there are not, then you cannot run them. Feel free to run the Talk, Youtube and S-Voice apps though, as they are NOT odexed.
