I've got the same problem. "Application not installed".

I'm using SAMSUNG SGH-T959 Vibrant with ICS 4.0.3 Passion 10.6

Does anybody has any ideas what's wrong with that apk?

For the people wanting to install this on ICS ROMs:

You need the TouchWiz framework!
