[APP] Settings shortcut in the staus bar (Like in ICS)

Hey, I you you guys and gals are trying to complete your ICS themes and what not, as am I, so I just thought this might help out a bit. I found an app in the market called Bar Shortcuts, you can add a short cut to the settings app, like the native one in ICS
