This is CMW flash-able, work great with CynogenMod 10 Stable for GT-I9000, other phone such SII, and GNoteII haven't not tested yet. It work on my SIII and GNote. Give a try with other ROM. Use at your own risk.

- Rooted Phone.
- CMW Recovery.

I create with two option, normal boot animation is not replacing original boot animation other one replacing boot animation with Nexus boot animation.

Steps:
1. Boot to recovery CMW (3 combo).
2. Wipe data/factory reset..
3. Advanced > Wipe dalvik cache.
4. Flash CynogenMod ROM (cm-10.0.0-galaxysmtd.zip) or complete list update (http://get.cm/?device=galaxysmtd)
5. Flash gapps-jb-4.2-JZO54K-NexusBoot.zip (Download below)

Normal boot animation:

Why I made this?
Because only CynogenMod ROM is always the stable and latest ROM for GT-I9000 and more close to Google Nexus phone. CynogenMod ROM always updated. And with my latest gapps, it will make I own Nexus 4
(Well at least little bit ;P ).

NOTE:
Camera photosphere (360 degree photo) working only with gyroscope feature enabled phones such NoteI, NoteII and S3.

Downloading right now. However, didn't you include too many non-gapps stuff in the package? Granted, most of us are probably using the extra apps already (e.g. whatsapp), but I don't see how they belong to the "gapps" category.

You can fix this following these steps:

Settings>Apps>ALL>Clock> CLEAR DATA. This helped my and my clock application is working well.

Did that. It's working fine now.

Editing photos in gallery force closed on me during my first try, but it's working now.
