App to rename PNG and jpg files in rows and columns ?

Hi I have used Half A Year to look får an app to rename my Files in a special order. I hope this is the right place to ask if someone knows about an app or can make it then i will be very Grateful.

I use ES File Explorer's multi-select, rename functionality for a similar task (though the files have to be pre-ordered in some way (name, date etc.) and you can only rename "1 row" at a time).

If they are in random order, copy the files to a PC and use one of the x available batch renaming tools.
