i don't get how adobe is still updating the flash player app for android (on the flash player archived website) when they officially said they won't support it anymore

4.1+ vs 4.0+ android adobe flash

Hi good day sir.. I wanted to upgrade my ics to jelly bean but I know that adobe flash will not support 4.1+ but said nothing about not working in jelly bean rom. Yes! there is the firefox browser and dolphin browser etc that could work on jelly bean.. But what is the difference when you install flash in a 4.1+ and a 4.0+ android in terms of performance how different are they?

If I write 4.0+ this includes 4.1 & 4.2.
It plays well, because I've got it on my One which is 4.2.2

Usually, I can search my way to an answer.

I can download the file, the install dialog comes up, but the install button does nothing. It only let's me click cancel when I give up! I've now tried several versions, same problem. Tried resetting, no joy.

Before u ask, yes i have Unknown Sources checked.
