App Vault and Superuser Permissions

I recently bought App Vault, hoping to stow away and hide some applications I didn't exactly want cluttering my application drawer. In the process, I hid the Superuser Permissions application. Unfortunately, little did I know that this application actually disables any hidden applications instead of just hiding them. Now my phone cannot achieve root access, which was needed for the app in order for me to stow applications in the drawer, so I cannot undo my procedure via App Vault. I tried just restoring my latest backup, however, I do not have root access evidently, so I can also not access the clockwork recovery.

Any ideas of how I can fix this debacle?

Thanks for everyones help!

Thanks for the help!

I had to reflash the recovery image, the cyanogen's latest, and the Google apps and I was fine. All worked fine. Now I know not to stow the super user app...
