What version of Windows are you running?doesn' t work for me![]()
HTC HD (Blackstone)What version of Windows are you running?
It should work in that case then. It's the Windows OS that handles wifi going to sleep when the device does, and that's what this application stops happening. I would understand it not working on a different version of Windows, but it should work on the same version.HTC HD (Blackstone)

Thanks a lot for the comment. I'm glad it's getting some good use and being helpfulLove this app. Now I can keep my Palringo connected even on standby now. Great job!
on the other hand, i did try to edit under the setting of registry(source from xda-members here), though came out in vain....i hope you can find out any solution...hehe....what so far i know, probably the only way to keep wifi on standby mode is "uncheck" the Start/Settings/Syetem/Power/, under the "Power", there's Advanced, then like i said "uncheck" Turn off device if not used for, done!I'll have a look into it and see what I can do

I've got a potential solution. Once I've coded and cabbed it I'll send you a message so you can beta test it for me, if you don't mind.on the other hand, i did try to edit under the setting of registry(source from xda-members here), though came out in vain....i hope you can find out any solution...hehe....what so far i know, probably the only way to keep wifi on standby mode is "uncheck" the Start/Settings/Syetem/Power/, under the "Power", there's Advanced, then like i said "uncheck" Turn off device if not used for, done!

Well I was tipped that leaving WiFi on would keep my mediaplayer working while the screen was turned off. But it turns out that the WiFi connection kept the HD2 alive so the mediaplayer would continue playing. After 2 minutes WiFi would timeout, the phone would fall asleep and the music would stop.I don't see the problem
