Hello Folks,
Here is the Xperia T keyboard taken from Xperia T JB firmware

  • Swipe
  • Bilingual word suggestion (2 Languages support)
  • Multi-languages
  • Near to perfect word and phrase prediction
  • Multiple Keyboard skins
  • Customizable keyboard layout

  • Xperia T JB keyboard tested and working on my Xperia Neo V (Please report if it works in your ROM and device too)
  • Tried on CM based 4.2.2 Rom and working
  • Also reported working on 4.0 Roms alongwith 4.1 Roms

For JB ROMs 4.0 , 4.1 and 4.2 only

Download

XPERIA T JB KEYBOARD

Installation:

  1. Reboot to Recovery
  2. Flash zip file
  3. Done ;)

Optional
Do this:
  1. Reboot to Recovery
  2. Wipe cache
  3. Wipe dalvik cache

If the for some reason the CWM zip didn't work for you or the Keyboard doesn't appear in settings do this:
1. Extract the zip file.
2. Ignore the META-INF folder
3. In the app folder, you'll find textinput-chn.apk (Mandarin Chinese keyboard) and textinput-tng.apk (English keyboard).
4. You can move one or both into /system/app folder with ES File Manager/root explorer/etc. (or even adb)
5. Move lib/libXT9Engine into /system/lib
6. Move usr/xt9 into /system/usr
7. Reboot. If you still don't see the keyboard in your settings, install the apk with your file manager which should work with the libraries installed.

Chinese keyboard didn't show up in "Language & Input"

tested on SEX Ray with CM 10.1 (Mike). Xperia (International) OK, but Chinese keyboard didn't show up in "Language & Input" so cannot choose it. Wiped cache and dalvik cache before install it and tried also reboot twice, no help.

Thanks & regards.
