Yesterday on polish forum one of users shared a way to lock unlocked bootloader apparently.
Apparently means that it's not really locked, but it appears as locked untill next u-boot flashing.
I haven't found it on xda yet, so I share it. Credits go to wmk3.
1. First Omap4Boot [DEV][Bootloader] u-boot / omap4boot for P920/P720/P940 and its variant - xda-developers
2. Then fastboot fastboot on our L9 with omap4boot - xda-developers.
3. Here is where you should download x-loader and u-boot do L9. xda-developers - View Single Post - [Q] "Secure booting unsuccsessful"
4. Perform commands:
Now when you enter S/W Upgrade mode (Vol+ + plug USB) the caption "BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED" is gone.
