looking at the patent descriptions, it seems like a number of devices would be in violation, not just android. the diagrams and wording of the patents are very broad.

If someone invents "it", then they have the right to own it. Simple as that.

Apple has been copied for years.. Mac System GUI, then bingo WINDOWS came along... Mouse on the mac, then BOOM - Mouse (mice?) on PC's... Touchscreen iPhone - now the biggest part of phones are touchscreen. As I remember one of the best selling phone's before the iPhone was maybe the Motorola Razr? flip, buttons, etc... I remember my Nokia N95 was awesome at the time. GPS, Dual slider with MP3 player by sliding 1 way, and phone sliding the other way... NO TOUCHSCREEN. And nokia's big business phone was the Communicator which was a huge candy bar style that flipped open length wise to reveal a keyboard and wide screen... again, no touch.

No reason to get angry...
