This is ridiculous...I don't like reading rants but I can't get over this. I can't believe at one point I loved Apple devices. I'm clinging to my Fascinate more so now. Anyone who messes with Amazon and Android, messes with me!

If you haven't heard anything about this search up. I find trademarking the phrase App Store as ridiculous as trademarking the phrase Grocery Store.

I agree, the lawsuit thing has gotten way out of hand. Apple may have been the first with an "application" store for the mobile phone, but do they really own the phrase "app"? I don't think so.

Apple is just desperate the Android Market is growing faster and bigger.
HTC/Samsung/Motorola all major companies use Android Market, so APPLE is being ***** :D haha no offense to Apple users.

There are plenty of people who say FASCINATE has better Audio quality than iPhone/iPod. Not just Audio quality, but more AWESOME :D. I believe that Android Market is going to take over Apple Market in couple years maybe less.

The voodoo sound/amplifier completely blew away my old ipod touch 3g. I sold it because of this reason. I can barely stand how loud it gets with my klipsch image s4 headphones and theres no distortion.
