As per the SGS2 thread, it will be useful to log all bloatware apps that can be removed.

I've copied pulser's template from the SGS2 forum:

If you find applications which are safe to remove from the ROM, please post them here, along with what functionality is lost, including which "app" as it shows in the drawer, gets removed.

Please only post if you have actually tested it.

Big thanks to 1234568 for his extensive list

p.s. I have locked the spreadsheet, if anyone requires access please PM me with your details and I'll add you to the edit list of the spreadsheet allowing you to make changes

If you mean this spreadsheet, then most of the "generic" apks should be the same across devices (for example the talk ones and system ones) I have also noticed that samsung keep app names across phones to some degree, as when researching (Or trying to) I found a lot of info about stuff from SGS1 related threads and such.

Just some food for though.

(I also need to extend it, been meaning to add CM7 and CM9 and samsung ICS to it </endOT>)

Cheers Indie, maybe those could be also added to that spreadsheet :)
Agreed... be great to see them added. In order for all the columns to be filled in correctly though we need someone with a S3. Sadly that rules me out. Any takers? Be great to get spreadsheet up and running properly!

Whats the best way to remove these .apk's on bulk? Had my phone 30mins and its rooted, want to keep the stock rom for now but want the bloatware gone.

Well I have managed to add some apps to the list. There's a long way to go but if everyone does some it should be easy.... hint, hint. :D

somehow i think that this open list is not a good idea. One replaces lines with chinese text and another one is replacing captions with a "W" and doesn't even recognizes it.

I agree. I added about 8 to the list, went back the next day and some had missing info.
I don't think it's intentional but it's frustrating.
