Part 1 of CyanogenMod's latest Nemesis project is the new Focal camera app. I know some people think taking pictures with a tablet is silly, but it's something to play with from the latest CM 10.2 builds. It installs like a normal app right next to the stock camera. Read more about Focal here.

Thinkfree
This is a basic document viewer that used to be included with GApps packages. Some people still include it, most don't. I think it's useful system-level viewer for most PDF's and have used it on all my devices. Flash the zip below in recovery.
