Apps dissapear

When I restart my phone some apps dissapear from my phone but it'll still say they are installed in the play store but the only way to get them back is to unjustly and reinstall them

That is unusual...
Do you have any of them installed to the external SD card?

Hmmm I believe so it looks like it leaves all of the apps buried in the system along with some that aren't open and it just makes the ones that aren't system and are open dissapear
