Can I use my Xperia Play charger to charge the smartwatch ? obviously using the smartwatch USB charger


I'm asking this cause it might have different voltage.

Ohhh and I almost forgot how about an instagram app? Just and idea, but it'll look cool in our watch. Like swiping thru pictures and double tapping to like them and zooming out to get out of the app. Very simple and at the same effective, that will be a very popular app since almost everyone use instagram and since facebook bought it I'm sure that app will be around for a very long time

I just noticed an Instagram app showed up in the Play Store. I don't use it but thought you may want to give it a try. It's a pay app, cost about $1.25 if I remember. Hope it works well.

I found it but that's just a notification app, apparently the developer is been "smart" and start making bunch of notification apps for the most popular apps and sell them for that price. I'm using the notifysmartwatch app for all those and its free.

I can't do anything. I can't even say for sure that he uses the source code i provided for the pay apps.
So when people want to pay for apps like that they can and it is in their hands.

At least his descriptions seem to be correct.

hopefully somebody will do the same app and give it for free ... and show that it is not fair to use other fella free code to make money

I would like to see a weather radar or weather cam app for the Sony smartwatch

I'm getting my Smartwatch in a few days and I can't wait ! Nice to see this thread and people contributing what they want on it and all that.


Lets all hope Sony continue to support the Smartwatch and release firmware updates to remove bugs.


I know they've already released firmware updates but i'm saying it for the future because sometimes Sony stops supporting something when sales aren't good enough. Lets hope they don't do with this one


I have a question. Does the Smartwatch look cool when wearing it ? Just say your out and about and people see the watch do they stare at it and go like ' WOAH ' !! ?

Now that Verizon Wireless is pushing the smart watch and other "Smart Accessories" sales should go up and there fore the continued support. As long as ppl keep makeing apps and improving them that is what made Droid and in general Linux go forward

I would really like an app that just allows me to create a launcher on the watch for any app installed on my phone. Press a launcher on my watch to start Google Voice Search on my phone? I'm Batman!

Also killer: Gesture Search widget on the watch. But I think the watch's touchscreen may not be up to that task.

I was wondering how difficult it would be for you to create a music control app specifically for pandora? I know there is one out there for spotify, and the stock one somewhat works, but it does not show the album art or have the thumbs up/down buttons. If you can create that app, i would be very grateful.

what it needs:
-retain skip, pause/play buttons
-thumbs up/down buttons
-album art in the background?
-retain volume buttons if possible?

an idea would be to add the buttons inside small blacks circles so you could actually see them if say there is a white album art on the background.

guys can some1 develop this

when we open phonebook on smartwatch there r 4icons at a time on screen that means if i want to select a person named from letter 'S' then i m wasting hell lot of time sliding it...i think it will be better if the screen shows letters from A-Z 4letters each screen + dual side sliding ones so that we can select the letter first then after selecting that particular letter the screen starts showing only those names starting from that letter......
DO U GUYS THINK THIS SOLUTION IS A BETTER ONE OR SOMETHING MUCH BETTER CAN BE CREATED UPON THIS ISSUE ??? plz bring out something for this issue developers please
