I like us to compile a list of Windows apps and their performance. This way we can save time testing.

Artrage Lite that comes with the tablet: Laggy when moving zooming and rotating the canvas using 2 finger.
Default Internet Explorer: Laggy when scrolling

Autodesk Sketchbook (available from the Windows app store) works really well, along with games like Minecraft and Oblivion.
