I have no issue with auto rotate but I freeze apps instead of removing them...
Thanks, I made a note next to Samsung Hub.Thanks for the reply. It helped me to know that I wasn't the only one having this problem. I found the solution today after some searching:

You might want to update your list as I don't think all of these are "safe to remove."
You can root if you come from 4.3From the sound of this thread we can root 4.4.2 or is that not correct. Just making sure before I pick up mine tomorrow.
In the list above is my magazine - Not so fast...Here is a list of apps that I have removed from the 4.4.2 build using Titanium Backup and Root Explorer. There are more apps that can be removed but these are the ones I've deleted so far. Please keep in mind that you use your phone differently than I do so some of these may interfere with your daily use if frozen/removed. I have completely removed them but the best thing to do is to freeze them for a while in Titanium Backup or rename them with a .bak extension in Root Explorer to be sure that they aren't going to cause any issues.
Feel free to post any additional apps that you have removed and I'll add them to the list.

It is safe to remove if you don't use the stock email app, I'll make a note in the list so others are aware of it.In the list above is my magazine - Not so fast...
On the surface, removal of my magazine is ok, but then you find out other "expected" features, of other apps, fail / stop working -
Example:
SecEmail_J.apk
and
SecExchange.apk
will fail to work properly if my magazine is removed...
specifically, if you are using "Samsung" email, and receive an email notification in the notification bar, and opt to open the email from the notification bar itself, the email application stops working. no reboot is required, but you just cant open Samsung mail from the notification bar.
if I put my magazine back in the system/apps (4.3) or system/priv-app (4.4.2) folder, then opting to read email from the notification bar works fine...
Clarification, Samsung email is the default pop or exchange email client on a Samsung phone these days...
alternative remedy, if you really want to have a workable email solution and remove my magazine, then remove SecEmail_J.apk / SecExchange.apk and replace with the aosp email.apk / exchange2.apk and then remove my magazine. everything works just fine - including reading email from the notification bar..

Read Op he warned you about not to uninstall Samsung hub you will lose 4 way rotation sorry but doesn't anyone Reed before possibly bricking the phone! Here's ops text I copied from op! samsung hub (can be frozen or removed with a root explorer app but DO NOT UNINSTALL WITH TITANIUM OR YOU'LL HAVE SCREEN ROTATION ISSUES)I removed a lot (but not all) of apps from this list using Titanium Backup. I noticed a few things that broke after doing so and was wondering if anyone knew which missing apps might be the culprit?
1: Automatic screen rotation seems be broken for all apps.
2: I have Battery Widget Reborn installed and the quick settings in the notification shade don't work anymore.

I use no bloat free & a app for root called uninstall (red garbage can icon) They both work great you can back up first and uninstall or disable fist to see if any issues and in one everything you just uninstall stays in recycle bin. So just in case u can get back I. C. E. And has an apk remover so no reason to go looking for apks in system root you can delete them tight from app or share to cloud drive than delete apk. Much easier and safer IMHO. Got both off playstore I do believe found out about them on xda-developersI have had issues ever since backing up/ removing My Magazine.. When i reboot phone it keeps saying "Unfortunatley My Magazine has stopped" and im not even launching it.. I restored it, and its still saying it.. Somethin's a miss.

I restored it from Titanium backup and it seems to have stopped. I never use that my magazine thing, figured i would remove it but it must have some tie into email or something also because when i remove it, on the pulldown menu when i clear things, it would pop up with an error that email has crashed.. but when i restore my magazine it goes away.. Must me integrated in Touchwiz with other things.. Just an FYI.

Ok, its still acting goofy.. I restored it, now im getting the error again, and its dissapeared from the app drawer..

Now the error seems to have stopped after freezing Flipbook.. but when i double tap the home button Touchwiz crashes.. Makes no sense.. I had disabled the home button in my magazine.

Update - Fixed (for now), it seems on restart something is/was nuking My Magazine, so i wiped data, restored the app from backup (Titanium) and now all is acting normal again.
