I had previously root and unrooted my device it was working fine since 6 months. But since last few days, it's stuck in "Starting Androids. Optimising apps y of x". After that, it just repeats the same step again. I've kept it like for 6-8 hours. Still, phone didn't boot up.

I tried to go into recovery mode, but it says "No command".

I tried to flash it. But SP Flash tool is not starting the flashing. It just stays at 0%. I've installed all the drivers required. When I connect my device (turned off and with battery) window makes "device connected" sound. I see this in the log file QT_FLASH_TOOL.log

Code:
09/24/2017 03:05:39.735 FlashTool[9032][9036][D]: OptionDialog::InitUARTInfo(): No com port detected.(..\..\flashtool\UI\src\OptionDialog.cpp,500)

Any help is appreciated.

I Installed the drivers from here. http://mtkusballdriver.com/download/mtk-usb-v1-0-8
Also, after some digging up I found out that I had not unlocked the OEM.

  1. Pressed and hold Power + Volume Up
  2. Choosen Fastboot on the menu
  3. On fastboot command line ran unlock.bat and then fastboot oem unlock
  4. Selected yes on the device
  5. Disconnected the device.
  6. Started SP tool
  7. Connected the device, flashing starts and completes.
