ARB trigger when migrating?

Hi.
is it posible migrating from 2019v of lineage to latest xiaomi.eu roms trigger ARB ?
I want check my phone status in miui then roll back to lineage again(i love it).
I want to know is it possible to brick my phone?

what's ARP?
there's an ARB (Anti Roll Back), but not in our ol'phone...

and Lineage/AOSP based will not trigger those....
