are the android 9 roms, already STABLE?

i woult install some android 9 roms, but which one is the most stable?
and, are they bugfree and everything working like camera, etc?

Pixel experience seems stable, but camera is not.

so basically it is better to wait other 1/2 months before to use a pie rom..... for stable use day to day?

Pixel experience is more stable than leeco official ROM.
For camera one plus app works fine (OPC_v2_RN3Pro_sign.apk).
