can someone give me a link to the best kernel to use with ARHD rom with good battery life and performance

I can't link any kernels for you but I can tell you they're pretty easy to find on this forum. Try looking in the dedicated ARHD ROM thread, it lists a couple of kernels. I myself have good battery life and performance with the Faux123.
ARHD comes already with 3 kernel choices while flashing. Stock, sebastians and faux.
I use Faux underclocked to 1.08GHz. Great performance and really good battery life!
