Wow, really? I always use ROM Cleaner after flashing a ROM and had no problems with it. Thanks for the quick response, mate :)

My personal advice-
Use stock rom for few days..try to learn all the features and functions of your phone.Since u are new to this phone, rooting and flashing can be bit dangerous(NoteII SDS)..
Your first job is to update to latest 4.1.2 of ur region(if u r still on4.1.1) coz older roms have got sds bug.
For rooting and flashing-
1.Root ur device-
Rooting(thanks to @dr.ketan)
2.EFS backup(thanks [email protected]_id)
3.Flash advanced recovery(TWRP or CWM)
4.Flash ROM(again thanks to @dr.ketan)
best of luck:good:

Thanks @mannyvinny for quick help
Here i like to edit some steps to make easy
1.Go to post said in above msg step1 and select method 2 to root.
2.Download EFS backup tool from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2437066 and copy to SD card
Also Download required CustomROM and copy to SD card
3,Reboot to recovery
select ESF tool, it will start aroma installer, choose to make EFS backup, exit aroma , selet custom ROM flash
That's it.
Since u are new to this phone, rooting and flashing can be bit dangerous(NoteII SDS)..
Just adding here to remove misconception
Flashing/Rooting won't cause SDS directly, SDS happens only if you flash any older ROM/Kernel/Recovery (4.1.1). Any ROM/kernel/modem released by samsung after Jan13 are all safe.
@chappad singh
I recommend to read all post on first page of my All in One N7100 thread.

Yes dr. I know that..but why to take risk?if he's using 4.1.1 he should update to 4.1.2 asap..I mentioned this so that he's aware of this serious bug
Btw thanks for clarifying:)
