You can flash this pack at any time provided you wipe cache and your data partition is ext4.

Try adding aroma installer for alternatives on apps having similar functions.
ex : rom manager or rom toolbox
documents to go or quick office

I prefer Super Backup to backup sms, contacts and call history.
Please give an option to choose among them.

I've been reading up on aroma installer all evening and couldn't get myself to understand it. Help?

I've been reading up on aroma installer all evening and couldn't get myself to understand it. Help?

No need to go in details.
All you need is implementation, just go to mimicry, in meta-inf folder, lies aroma-config.
Here it lists the set of values which decides the options and other screens.
Structure as suggested by me would be a two page layout.
1. Google apps
This page will list the option to choose which gapps to install.
2. Utilities
this page will list option for apps with similar function.
ex : es file explorer or astro

Look at the installation of mimicry and you'll get to know which code refers to which one.

Now comes 2nd thing. Go in updater script and look for lines which refer to aroma installer options. This would be usually in the last. Now change the lines here as per your requirement.

Now make a folder in the zip file named addons or additions or apps or whatever you like.

Now check that updater script refers to this folder for copying correct files to the /data partition.

If you get stuck, post exactly what you don't understand and i'll try to give exact solution to you.

GPS status
Super Backup: sms and contacts
busybox installer
Go sms Pro

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a setting in titanium backup for restoring apps like this?
