Instructions & Informations for installing this ROM [LB/UB]

Step 1. Dont wipe System otherwise my Smart Detection Scripts will not work, also my Script wipes System anyway
Step 2. Flash ROM in Recovery and choose in AROMA [You dont lose Data]
Step 3. Reboot and Enjoy

Important If you still have Problems then you need to Backup your important Stuff and wipe your Data including Internal and/or external SD Card, this will solve all your Problems.

Im not sure yet if i will modify it with my own Tweaks but i just had Time and it was boring so i thought i make something simple.

Made a small Update

Only 400kb but adds init.d Support which is not unimportant haha

Update 1.1
NFC Icon in Status Bar disabled
Added init.d Support [Scripts placed in init.d load automatically on Boot now]
Removed one Carrier App i forgot in the main Zip
Added some simple Tweaks for Android 5.0.2 LP [more will maybe follow]

Yes it has latest Close All Button in Material Design and sure it works for UK its like Generic Europe.

Based on info I presume it's safe to say it works on LB ..

EDIT: this thread just pushed me on the dark side. I haven't even rooted Z3 yet (longest period for any phone I had) .

I have LB too but it works fine for LB and UB.

Yes you just need root and recovery after that you can install this Rom in Recovery it includes Kernel, Baseband and everything like a ftf File.

I will update OP later with Instructions and more Informations, also i will Update ROM again when i have Time to do it.

Is safe to flash this ROM over a another stock rooted ROM without wipe?

May sound dumb but just got my z3 and seems easier to root than my HTC even if there isn't as many ROMs. Do I just flash this using flash tool? I'm completely uprooted and untouched on the device

You need 4.4.4 Android FW 77 too root and install XZDualRecovery theres some Guides here how to do it and after that you can Update directly to this ROM but you install this ROM over XZDualRecovery not Flashtool.
