To him it's bugged because he can't figure out how to fix it even though countless parts regarding how to fix issues have been posted.

Just a little clarification post for some newer users:
a SOFT BRICK is a software failure where it is impossible to enter recovery or boot android and a flashtool ftf or pc companion flash is the only possible way to restore the phone. A bootloop can be a soft brick if recovery is inaccessible. This can be caused by using the rom on an device that is not supported as hardware libs and modules will conflict with the phone hardware.
a HARD BRICK is a hardware failure where the phone will either not power on or will not even boot into flash mode for use with pc companion or flashtool. This type of brick is usually caused by some type of user error such as putting the phone in a magnetic charging dock backwards or by a defect in manufacturing of the phone like a waterproofing seal not holding out water.
a BOOTLOOP is a software compatibility issue in the rom. Recovery is still functioning and can be accessed. Bootloops are usually caused by flashing incompatible mods or by modifying the rom install.

to my dumbness, i did not take twrp backup and proceeded to flash Z5 camera add on, and now my camera is force closing, hahahaha...
can anyone please lead me how to fix this, I do not want to flash the rom again as it consistent enough as my daily driver that I have installed all of my apps already and made the changes to the settings (couple of RXSW tweaks).

I'm sorry to break it to u but u have to reflash the rom agn. Many in this thread always recommend to make a nandroid backup and this is one of the reasons... Unless u want to continue to have a broken cam u hv to reflash this rom. There is no other way unless someone is able to provide their files. (edit) Or actually u could try installing pexocam v8.5

Wolfbreak is quite busy actually. I think 4.0.0 would be a lot more stable if he wasn't in a hurry. He didn't said that he will stop, he just has very limited time. We can just wait. Patience is the key
There's nothing you can do, apart from installing different audio mod. If you are keen on having close to stock volume experience, then go for " project desire ". It can be found here on XDA. Just follow the instructions found there to have it installed.
