Thanks, that just installed stock system and recovery and I lost all my configurations!
You are welcome, next time, install only firmware.zip, not entire rom.zipThanks, that just installed stock system and recovery and I lost all my configurations!Fortunately TWRP enables you to extract all data from the device
yup you're right, i should've known that firmware wouldn't weight 3.9GB, but I'm 100% sure the website I downloaded it from called it just "firmware"You are welcome, next time, install only firmware.zip, not entire rom.zip![]()

I updated firmware several times already and never lost anything, this is entirely your fault.
You can download only firmware here:

Push volume button and a dedicated menu appearsI upgraded yesterday to the latest version but can not find the button to switch from Vibration to normal mode (sound Profile?). Is it no longer available on a13?
Thank you, that's how I change the profiles now. I just wondered if the tile got lost when changing from 12 to 13.
Probably that button hasn't been ported to ArrowOS 13, I miss it too. And now, development for our device seems to have stalled. Let's hope not.I upgraded yesterday to the latest version but can not find the button to switch from Vibration to normal mode (sound Profile?). Is it no longer available on a13?
Every 3 months would also be fine! n00b question: as the source is available on GitHub, would it be very difficult to compile an update? Or is part of the code/setup hidden? There hasn't been any annoucements of that, I'd be happy even with 1 bigger update / month, most OEMs can't even do that
It's available yeah, you just a Linux machine to compile it I think, not sure exactly howEvery 3 months would also be fine! n00b question: as the source is available on GitHub, would it be very difficult to compile an update? Or is part of the code/setup hidden?
That's kind of what I was expecting. However, without the optimized scripts for our device it will take quite some time to get a stable build. Otherwise I do not understand what the fuss is all about.Google helps...

Android 13 is objectively better, more streamlined, secure and gives you more control over your device. Just because you don't understand/use the new features doesn't mean the OS is ****. Also it's pretty sad you feel better just because you're using an older OS XDDStill on 11, as it proved to be the most stable, hassle free and battery efficient rom in the ArrowOS line , maybe will try 12.1 in the future.
Why in the hell would you push yourself to update to a google trainwreck like A13 or A14 is beyond me... peer pressure? Does your willy get bigger by having latest android version?
Any tests to backup that statement?Still on 11, as it proved to be the most stable, hassle free and battery efficient rom in the ArrowOS line ,
Vanilla is without GApps!I don't know what the difference might from the one you can download on ArrowOS's website
That's my biggest fear xDThis phone is getting almost 2 years old and after a lot of hard brick cases, I can't believe my unit survived so long.
It's wise to make a backup of important data, but a dirty flash upgrade works 9/10 times.
