are you rooted?I have as well Starling bank and nearly on every rom not passing security. But now installed bananadroid rom, not rooted and working bank apps.
Maybe oldest rom have different signatures to newest ones. And there was big changes to qpr2.

I thought of that but couldn't find magisk in the thread so I gave up andI just went back to stock miui 14. Too many issues with Starling or Google Pay. Will give arrowos another spin when I'm off work next month and can put the time into tinkering.
Ikr, the timezone files are not updated neither. I migrated from a11 to a13.1 just to find out they didn't care about different countries and timezones... *sigh*
Search magisk github, download only from their official source, no different version for x3 pro.

Try RisingOs. Or EvolutionX. Or.. not. More customization means less battery, more heat, more lags, etc.
