Nope, unlock your bootloader (developer options, enable OEM unlocking, add your account to the bit in the associated account thingy, forgot the exact name), then try to unlock with MiFlashUnlocker, wait the 168 hours, then unlock, boot into fastboot, download OrangeFox (my personal recommendation), if its in your download folder go to cmd and type cd c:\users\username\downloads\folder its in if any.
