I want to use left and right arrow while I am typing.
But ArrowOS has no this useful feature.
Settings-Buttons-Navigation Bar

Update 08-05-2021

- Rebased and updated everything from MIUI 11.

Note:
- You have to be on the latest available MIUI 11 firmware and vendor.
- A clean flash is necessary while migrating from older builds. Please take a backup before performing any installation.

I feel like refresh rate setting doesn't work, even if I set minimum and maximum to 120hz

Sorry if this is the wrong place but wanted to ask.

Am running Arrow_gauguin (2021-02-19 5D8CCCFB - build RQ2A-210405.006) and was prompted to do an update to the latest available on 2021-05-15; however, it's asking me to download and format /data from recovery rather than running the update internally.

Guessing if I do that it's going to wipe all my data which I'll then have to restore or will all the data still be there upon formatting and install of the ROM update?

So just to check the process would be:
Download ZIP to SDcard
Boot into recovery (in my case Orangefox);
Backup /data;
Format /data;
Install ZIP from SD;
Normal boot;
Reboot to recovery and restore data.

Yesterday I updated my phone to the new version, and I didn't need to format the internal memory...

Let's wait for @ganesh varma 's repply...

Use a proper latest available recovery and make sure you've flashed the latest MIUI 11 before flashing the build.

I'd like to ask if there's a big diffirence between Gapps and Vanilla builds in terms of battery life. Right now I get like about 4-5h of SoT on average on gapps build but I heard that vanilla + gapps have better battery life. Is that true?

Hi Ganesh,

is [email protected] from Monday, 17 May 2021 15:48 a "proper latest available recovery"?
Is it safe to use it? https://orangefox.download/device/gauguin

My phone is delivered with MIUI Global 12.0.1.0 (QJSEUXM).
Which version is your recommended version? (meaning approved working with this ROM)
Shall i first update to:
V12.1.1.0.RJDMIXM (MIUI12) from https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1900386
or do you use another version?

Thanks for maintaining this ROM.

Yes this recovery is safe to use. Also you linked miui for Mi 10T not for Mi 10T Lite. For Gauguin you can get Miui from here: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/miui/gauguin/

I personally used 12.0.5.0 and it worked without any problems
