September update seem to boost my cellular signal and data speed. I'm very happy with my unlocked note 10 plus now. What is the diff between the Verizon and other carrier update of ASHB vs my U1 ASHE?
Prior to this update the U and the U1 had the same build number (ASH4). Now they are diff?

Probably nothing you will notice. It isn't really the first time Samsung has done this where carrier variants and unlocked have been on different builds without some tangible difference in them.I'm glad you're happy with it but that doesn't answer my question.
