Try superwipe or full wipe.

Then reflash the ROM again, and after it radio.

It happens to me the same but after I flashed superwipe and reinstalled the ROM everything went fine.

Make sure you have appropriate superwipe zip file, ROM and Radio version.

hboot version : 0.85.2007

and yes its S-OFF
I'm pretty sure this is the Engineering hboot (ENG S-OFF). There are warnings in the AAHK thread about flashing ENG S-OFF onto a phone that shipped with GB. Did your phone come with Gingerbread already installed, or did you upgrade to GB from Froyo?

I'm afraid I'm not sure exactly what problems it causes, just mentioning it in case it's related to your issues...

managed to solve the delay after booting by following these steps:
download http://tinyurl.com/6fkvepx
unzip PD98IMG-HBFX.zip
use busybox installer
turn on usb debugging
adb push hboot.nb0 /data/local/tmp/hboot.nb0
adb shell
md5sum /data/local/tmp/hboot.nb0
dd if=/data/local/tmp/hboot.nb0 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p18
md5sum /dev/block/mmcblk0p18
exit
adb reboot

Note: both md5sums should be 2a28dcd53ea26504be9a86572a348aa1

Everyone tested InvisibleShield on DHD ? have you some experiences? Thank you :)
I had InvisibleShield on for some time. I like the quality of it and the fact that it was applied easily. I took it off though, because I use my phone a lot and it got dirty and yellow(despite me constantly wiping it) and there was no way to clean it.

When i was on cyanogen mod 7 i downloaded headset blocker to fix this. this helped but the problem is that i am now on ice cold sandwich 4.3 and the headset blocker does not seem to work anymore.

I wouldn't bother to be honest. Those things are so hard to get on, chance of dirt getting to it or air bubbles.

Anyway even without that i think it's simply better to just have a good pouch or case. The screen on this phone is already strong enough for scratches, and a quick wipe sorts out dirt or anything like that.
