this is official miui v5 based on miui ported by xxx 4.2.2 jdq39e

this rom is base on miui china it is plain and simple, added multiple languages

installation instructions:

1. coming from stock (gb, ics) or coming from non-stock firmware
   
   • download & flash any jb stock firmware using odin
     
   • follow instruction how to flash the stock firmware
     
   • reboot the system
     
2. if not rooted or no cwm recovery or coming from non-stock kernel (dorimanx kernel)
   
   • download philz-cwm6-xwlsw-xeu-5.07.0-signed.zip and put the file to your external sd
     
   • reboot to stock recovery (home+vol-up+power)
     
   • select apply update from external storage
     
   • flash philz-cwm6-xwlsw-xeu-5.07.0-signed.zip
     
   • phone now rooted + philz kernel with cwm6
     
   • reboot the system
     
3. if coming from non-stock rom and/or non-stock kernel, download and flash philz kernel and do a this
   
   • wipe data/factory reset
     
   • clean to install a new rom
     
4. download asnet full base package & update package(if any)
   
5. put downloaded files into your sd card (internal/external) use this if you want to use external as internal
   
   • reboot to recovery (home+vol-up+power)
     
   • full wipe / reset to factory (optional but recommended)
     
   • flash asnet full base package
     
   • flash asnet update package (if any)
     
   • done
     
6. optional
   
   • download and flash other cm kernel
     
7. reminder if came from non-stock rom or non-stock kernel, please flash the recommended kernel to avoid bootloop

you know. asrock lives in Philippines anda lot of things happen there this year so he got lot of problem financially.

My first impression, are so good, but I changed the kernel for apolo, I like this kernel. At first, my s2 has been hot, and drain the battery, then it has stable and now is awesome. I used in Spanish language , and I detect a lot translate errors, I said to asrock in the past, but he don't send me, but if you want, I can help you with the Spanish translation, only need the spanish strings to correct them. Also I can do a catalan translate. But I haven't much time!

By other side, when I reboot, all apps in sd disappear from his position and goes to the last page of launcher.

Hi,
I used MIUI a long time ago (about one year) and now decided to give it another shot.

The only problem i found is in messages. If i Have more messages from the same person, let's say 2-3 hours delayed, it puts the new message in another thread, and on the new thread the name of the sender is not shown (i have the contact in my list, and the name is displayed on the first thread. Sometimes if i exit and launche the messaging app it shows the name of the contact, but sometines it only shows the number, as if i didn't have it in my contacts list.
My contact list is restored from Google Contacts.

I'm sorry, but i never encountered problem like this. did you restore your SMS from some 3rd party app?

Didn't expect such a fast reply
I did a clean install (run a rom cleaning script) and did not restore any sms. Just recieved them after instaling the ROM.

i will experiment with it more tomorow, and i'll come back with a screenshot if you think it's useful.

Edit: The Home Button isnt working too, but the long press is working fine though
