AT&T G4 H810 hidden menu?

So far I have enabled development mode and tried several different codes to access this menu. These include.

With no luck? Anyone else got it working?

Also, does anyone else get VoLTE with their G4 on AT&T? I have made several calls over the last couple of days, we are in a VoLTE area, and have always reverted back to HSPA+ during calls.
