I was close...
Called 611 and first rep had no idea. Second did but couldn't fill order - gave me number to sales. Called sales and first agent honored right away and even gave me option to pick up in store which i elected to do. Notated my account and sent text message confirming for support at store.
Went to store and was rudely dismissed despite account notes and text message. Spent the next 4 hours on the phone with 11 different CSRs all saying the promotion didn't exist and couldn't help me. Was only offered tablet instead and even $25 credit despite escalation tickets.
Called sales department back, received confirmation of order and told would honor but would have to be done by manager of original agent. Now I am awaiting a call back within the next 24 hours.

Well, I had to go to hell and back... but got it AND a new Tab 3.0
I didn't receive a call back from the manager as promised today so I called back and used my escalation ticket from yesterday and basically had to rehash all of the conversations I had yesterday and the day before.
At the end of the day, the Premier Resolutions supervisor was very helpful and stayed on the line while we worked with customer relations.
Because of all the BS and transferring they gave me the gear and a tab 3.0 for free. Received all of the order confirmations already and looking forward to getting it when I get home.
I wouldn't say it was easy or pleasant experience, in fact, I couldn't believe how difficult it really was even after there was proof that it was offered. Like the post a few above... Just keep trying and don't give up!
